Diversity Coordinator Valerie Garr will be hosting a Zoom Webinar that will define and identify categories and relationships of micro-aggressions: bystander vs. upstander behavior, review the "Three Acts" to consider before addressing microaggressions, and explain "The A.C.T.I.O.N. Framework" for addressing microaggressions. This program is open to the UI Hospitals and Clinics Department of Nursing Services and Patient Care, members of Nursing Management Council, and leadership within other disciplines reporting to the Department of Nursing Services and Patient Care.
