The School of Social Work values its alumni and encourages all graduates to remain involved and informed.

We have more than 6,000 alumni living around the world. Our alumni are our most valued resource. They serve on our Professional Advisory Committees around the state, provide important input to help guide our curriculum, supervise practicum students, lead continuing-education opportunities, and act as leaders in social work policy, research, and practice nationwide.

We welcome feedback from alumni! Let us know how your University of Iowa education has prepared you for practice and leadership in the social work profession, and how you think we could improve our programs and maximize the learning experience for our current and future students.
