Yi Wang, assistant professor at the University of Iowa School of Social Work, co-authored the first study to examine the association between neighborhood social cohesion and various health domains of Native Hawaiian and other Pacific Islander (NHPI) older adults, offering strength-based implications. The story was published in the Journal of Gerontological Social Work.
