National Resource Center for Family Centered Practice

Many School of Social Work grants are managed through the National Resource Center for Family Centered Practice (NRC). The NRC is a research and training organization associated with the School of Social Work which provides training and technical assistance, research and evaluation, and information dissemination in the areas of child welfare, family support, and public health. The director of the NRC is social work professor Miriam Landsman, PhD, and the NRC also employs adjunct faculty including Lisa D’Aunno, JD, Kellee McCrory, MSW, MPH, and Brad Richardson, PhD as well as faculty associates including Carolyn Hartley, PhD. The NRC regularly receives new grants and projects.
